So tomorrow is a pretty exciting day for me because I am teaching a cooking class at Williams-Sonoma...its been such a long time since my last class so I am very excited!! Williams-Sonoma has introduced a new type of cooking class called Sous Chef where they feature a chef and their restaurant with a presentation of one of their dishes. Tomorrow I will be making Chicken Paella adapted by MacGregor Mann from the Amada Tapas restaurant in Philadelphia. I was really excited when I found out the restaurant is in Philly because I go to school in Philly so I will definitely be trying it out!
